A day early, but I have a whole bunch to do this week, so just in case I get caught up in something, here we go.
I have been focusing on sodium big time this week, and trying to limit as much as possible. It worked, too.
Yay, back in One-derland, and more than just a tad this time!
Loss this week: 3.2
Total loss since starting Mamavation: 4.4
Total in 2011: 7.4
Total in 2011: 7.4
I totally don’t see any difference at all, but my measurements did change, so I guess something is happening.
Bust: 43.5 (-1)
Waist: 35 (-2.5)
Hips: 43.5 (-1.5)
L Arm: 14 (-.5)
R Arm: 13.75 (-.25)
L Thigh: 24.75 (-.75)
R Thigh: 25 (-.75)
Total loss: 7.25 inches
So my goal this week is to continue to be on the sodium police squad, drink my water, and keep exercising. I’m working more on creating habits with things that I’m already doing, rather than starting more goals.
This week’s blogging carnival is sponsored by Mamavation.
Who in your world deserves a “shout out” this week for pushing you to better yourself? What did they do?
The Computer Dude has been my biggest fan and supporter, not only with my weight loss journey, but with everything. When I start getting down, he’s there helping me back up. We take walks together almost every day, even when I don’t want to go. He knows that once I start going, I’ll feel better, and of course he’s right. He doesn’t hold it against me that I won’t go to the gym with him (it’s a germ thing, ugh, gross), but he does check up on my activity for the day, and will get the kids out of the way if I haven’t had my exercise yet. Having to lose weight himself, he understands a lot of what I’m going through, since he’s going through it too. He makes this journey a lot less lonely, and a lot more fun.
So that’s it! Hope everyone has a super super week!

Great job on the weight loss! I need to have someone pushing me and encouraging me along the way. My oldest is really good and helping me stay grounded. Good job on the salt intake too
Happy Easter!
Congrats on the weight loss! -& way to stay on the sodium watch. Good luck with sticking with it this week!
Way to go on the weight loss and inches. I've never even thought sodium would be such a big player. Love your support motivation, it's great to have someone in your corner that makes such a big deal.
Keep up the awesome work your doing. Can't wait to read more.
Awesome job, congrats!!! Every little ounce counts, so be VERY proud of your progress!!
So very proud of you, and welcome back to Onederland…. Just keep up the good work and watch the sodium and I know the lbs will continue to melt off…
ONEderland! A definite spot in ONEderland! Fantastic! Congratulations.
Congratulations! Onederland is so exciting! Keep it up!
Love the post, going back to edit mine now as I didn't think of posting weightloss for 2011 (remember I really started Jan 1st) You are doing great and woo hoo! You got to the 100s! I did for a day and felt great and then it went back up. Hoping it is because of that time of the month but we shall see in a week. Keep up the great work, I think you are doing an awesome job.
I hear you on the gym. I went to my first class this weekend but didn't use equipment.
Your worry about the germs in the gym is understandable but unnecessary. You, as an adult, are made of about 10 trillion cells, and you have about 100 trillion germs in and on your body. In your mouth alone you have about six billion. The treadmill in the gym will not change this but if used it may improve your weight loss. Happy days. Selwyn D. Goodwin
congrats on your weight and inches loss you are doing awesome

Way to go with losing the inches!
Fabulous job with your weight loss! Have a great week!!
Congrats on your loss this week! Yes, sodium has been my enemy also. When I am good about it, I lose more.
Congrats!! You're doing so well and it's just as great to see the inches come off as it is to see the pounds come off! Can't wait to see the rest of your progress!
