This week’s blogging carnival is sponsored by Go Sport ID.

What safety precautions do you take with your workouts? Any special equipment when working out outdoors?
I make sure my body is safe when I workout outdoors, as far as stretching correctly, wearing clothing suitable for the weather and my workout, making sure I have water, etc. But I haven’t really thought about keeping my person safe. We don’t have reflective gear for our night walks. If I go running, I don’t carry a phone or any ID with me. Of course, I’m never able to make it farther than a couple blocks, but that’s still far enough.

Thanks! Taking time for myself is the hardest part of being a mom, I need to practice that more.

Thanks! I’m not feeling hot yet, but I do feel very proud of myself. I’ve done things very differently this time around, and hope that this loss will be permanent this time.

    WOWWWWWW!

    What a transformation!

Ok… I have to get technical… because you carry weight exactly how I do.

That stomach loss is TOTALLY INSPIRATIONAL!

I know just about any of us mommies would say the same thing especially those of us that carry that baby roll as I call it.

You lost a ton in your stomach area, and your face… and that means the world to someone sitting here still over 200!

I can’t wait till I get to where your scale says today… I’ll be plastering that all over!

    CONGRATULATIONS on the super success!

    • Stacie says:

Thank you so much! I haven’t felt any difference, truthfully. I can’t tell a difference in my clothing, all of it is so old that my 14′s fit just as well as my 18′s lol. So to see the pictures was a little shock. I know you’ll get there! Let me know if you need any support, I’m here for you!

  8. Your pictures are amazing. You look awesome!!

  9. Great job during the MILI challenge! You had great results!! Don’t slack off now, you’re on a roll. Hugs!

    • Stacie says:

I’m going to make sure I keep this up! I’ve got a plan that I can work with now, and I’m feeling great!

  10. Rachel says:
