So it’s been almost a full month since I’ve started using Cinch products. I’m hoping next month will be easier, now that I have a better idea of what I’m doing. This month I spent the first week on vacation, the second week getting back into a routine, and the third/fourth weeks figuring out what works best for me as far as recipes and calories.
So without further ado, here are my first month results, with
Weight: 219.6 (225.2)
Chest: 43.5 (44.5)
Waist: 38 (40.75)
Hips: 44.75 (46.5)
Total weight lost: 5.6lbs
Total inches lost: 6
What’s working: Walking. It’s my best friend these days, and Computer Dude loves going with me. In fact, remember that Silver Falls hike I told you about? I took him back the very next week and we hiked it together! He’s wanting to go back as often as we can, and as long as the heat doesn’t get too bad we plan on going at least a few times a month. I try to take at least a little walk 5-6 times a week on top of that, and I’ve been working with Mamavation on their 2-week challenge.
What’s not working: Old ways of thinking. The past few days I’ve been finding myself thinking negative thoughts. Instead of celebrating and being proud of my progress, I beat myself up over how far I still have to go. I’ve had to mentally tell those thoughts to “F*%# OFF!” a couple times, and I haven’t let myself down too bad.

Favorite product this month: I’m really loving the chocolate shake mix. Some of that with some frozen banana, milk, and a scoop of PB, and it’s a perfect breakfast! Actually, with this heat any of the shakes are awesome.
Something to share: I noticed two things this month. I’m not really seeing a difference yet, except that I have noticed that my fingers look thinner. Weird thing to notice, right? Glad to be getting rid of my sausage hands though.
And now, a short video from me (please don’t make fun)
**Ok, I noticed that my video isn’t working, so I’m working on that. It should be up shortly.**

Congratulations on getting more healthy. Keep in mind that you didn’t gain the weight overnight, and won’t lose it that way either. It’s great that you are able to identify the things that work/don’t work for you. You are probably noticing a difference because you (probably) retained a lot of water on an unhealthy diet. Once you begin to eat healthier, that water is shed, making feet and hands seem thinner (sort of like the end of my pregnancy, sounds like). Congrats again.
Thanks for the encouragement! I agree that patience is key with weight loss, I just need to keep telling myself that.
I totally noticed my fingers too! How funny! Keep it up!
Isn’t is funny, the things we notice? I’ll take it where I get it, though!
It takes time but you are doing a great job! Just keep it up and thank you for sharing with us and inspiring others. I love the choc. shake too! =)
Thank you so much!
