Making Friends

Late post this week, but better late than never, right? Just a short blurb from me this week, while I try to catch up with stuff.
So I have a new mission. It’s called “Project No-Gut”. As much as I like being pregnant (most of the time, anyway), I prefer to keep my pregnant belly look during the actual pregnancy only. When I look in the mirror, it looks like the halfway point belly shot with Baby V. Since she’s now 2, I think it’s safe to say that I REALLY want this belly back in where it’s supposed to be. Photobucket(That’s me then, not now, but like I said, it’s pretty much the same.)
This week starts Phase 1, which will take the longest, and probably be the hardest. Strength. I have let my core go to flab in a big way, and it is so weak I am surprised that I can even stand upright at this point. So I found a friend to work out with me, and looked up a couple of videos on YouTube, and here I go! And if you don’t think these can work your core, you are so wrong. Ow, am I sore!
Do you have any more suggestions for working my core?
